Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions are subject to change depending on location and venue size.

 

Registration

Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.

 

Table Assignments

Table assignments are determined by the Event Organizer in order of when payment was received. Tables are first come first serve. Each table comes with one lunch. If you need to add any additional meals for vendors, They can be purchased up to two weeks prior to the show with an additional fee of $15 per meal. 

 

Limitation of Liability

Participants are encouraged to take any precautions they deem necessary to safeguard their belongings. 
By participating in the event, all vendors, exhibitors, attendees, and participants agree to release and hold harmless the Event Organizer, venue, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliated parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the event, except where prohibited by law.

 

Prohibited Items
The Event Organizer reserves the right to prohibit the sale, display, or distribution of any item deemed inappropriate for the event, including but not limited to counterfeit goods, stolen merchandise, illegal items, offensive materials, or any items that violate intellectual property rights, counterfeit cards, fake autographs, etc..

 

Vendor Conduct
The Event Organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor, exhibitor, attendee, or participant whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, fraudulent, or detrimental to the event without refund.

 

All vendors are encouraged to bring a tablecloth to cover their table(s). Tablecloths must reach the floor on the front and sides of the table. This ensures a professional, consistent look throughout the vendor hall. Tablecloths will NOT be provided by the expo. 

 

Attendance

All vendors are encouraged to be set up and ready for the show when it is time for the show to start

 

* Missing without communication may impact your ability to vend with Red River Cards and Collectibles Expo. 

 

*We do understand that sometimes things come up that may prevent you from fulfilling to table for a day or the weekend. 

 

*Please communicate with us as soon as you know there have been changes on your end. We can get someone in that spot from the wait list.

 

* You can also find someone you deem trustworthy to have that spot. (The payment will be between you and that person.)

 

Vendor Give Aways

*Vendors must be Present to win the vendor giveaway at the end of the Sunday show. 

 

Photography and Media Release
By attending or participating in the event, attendees and vendors grant permission to the Event Organizer to photograph, record, and use their likeness, booth displays, and activities for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes without compensation.

*Participant show credit must be used by the end of the day the give away credit was received.
